My Technology client are looking to recruit an Internal Resourcer who will also take some responsibility for Generalist HR activities, providing advice and guidance to the local management teams on all matters regarding to employment legislation.



Ideally you will have had experience working in the IT sector and have previous recruitment experience, successfully sourcing candidates through internal databases and job boards. Previous experience of telephone interviewing, selecting and shortlisting candidates for face to dace interviews is a must.



CIPD qualification / part-qualification is ideal, as is a track record working for a multi-cultural organisation. To meet the demands of this role you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, superb networking capability and enjoy working in a small, friendly team.
