To co-ordinate the delivery of the full spectrum of International Relocation and Human

Resources related services to customers. Services include but may not be limited to policy counseling, assignment management, destination services, international transportation, property management, tenancy management, intercultural services, visa/immigration services, ongoing assignment support and repatriation.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Application of client's policy and assignee satisfaction
  • Complete needs assessment and policy counseling as appropriate
  • Coordinate delivery of all services and tasks
  • Central communications point for client and customer
  • Provide ongoing support, information and guidance to client to meet program goals
  • Provide ongoing support and information on international assignments to client services teams
  • Provide leadership for projects and programs
  • Manage and facilitate processes
  • Manage quality control

Job Specifications:

Education / Minimum:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft environment / Internet familiarity

Preferred:

  • Exposure to different world cultures and their effect on social and business activity
  • One or more languages in addition to English

Experience / Minimum:

  • 2+ years business experience in customer service or client-oriented environment
  • Experience in administering expatriate management/international HR function
  • International living and/or work experience
