The Background:

This leading organisation is actively seeking an addition to their global mobility team. Working as GM Manager you will be responsible for the on-going management of the end-to-end mobility processes and the continuous improvement of company policies and processes.


The Role:

The role of GM Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

On-going management of the end-to-end mobility processes

Maintenance of policies and processes

Vendor management

Guidance and consultancy to leaders and HR colleagues globally on specific cases related to certain positions

Relevant reporting on the composition of our mobile workforce and associated cost

Review in co-operation with our HR colleagues globally and to drive a continuous improvement of our policies and processes.


The Person:

The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience dealing with: international assignment, global mobility or expatriate management issues. Applicants will have an excellent understanding of the assignment life cycle and the associated issues. Applicants with additional: expatriate tax, payroll or compensation experience would be preferable.
