Reporting to International Assignments Manager this global services organisation is actively seeking an addition to their International Assignments Team. The successful candidate will support a team of International Assignment Consultants coordinating all administrative assignee needs from start to finish.
The responsibilities of the Global Mobility Assistant will include but are not limited to the following:
Creating assignment letters and compensation breakdowns
Preparing cost sheets for policy exceptions
Ensure assignees have a valid: E101, work permit, certificate of coverage and assignment agreement in place
Coordinating with relocation and home search agents where necessary
General administrative duties, including maintaining mobilisation reports and providing relevant statistics to management as required
Updating HR and Global Mobility systems accordingly
The successful candidate will have previous experience of: international assignment, global mobility or expatriate administration. Applicants must have a basic understanding of the assignment life cycle and the associated issues from start to finish. Applicants with any additional knowledge of expatriate compensation, payroll or taxation methodologies would be desirable.
