The Background:
Reporting to the International Assignments Manager this leading firm is actively seeking an addition to their Global Mobility Team. Working as a Global Mobility Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the assignment process from start-to-finish including: destination services, taxation, compensation and payroll issues.
The Role:
The responsibilities of a Global Mobility Advisor include but not limited to the following:
Briefing and orientation of the assignee on the client`s policy
Maintain regular contact with client, assignees and suppliers
Coordinate destination services with relevant specialist consultants
Calculate/review assignment related allowances and cost calculations
Provide ongoing support for the duration of the assignment
Liaise with social security authorities and tax providers
Review, approve and process assignee expense claim forms and third party invoices
Coordinate and administer all assignment related activities
Initiate customer satisfaction surveys as applicable
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: international assignment, global mobility or expatriate management issues. Applicants must have a strong understanding of the assignment management life cycle and the associated issues. Applicants with additional: destination services, tax, payroll and compensation experience would be advantageous.
