The Background:

Reporting to the Director of International Assignments the role of International Assignments Manager will be responsible for providing a top tier service to a dedicated portfolio of International Assignees. Managing a team of experienced Consultants you will ensure all aspects of the International Assignees life cycle, from posting to repatriation/retirement, are delivered in a 100% accurate, timely and confidential manner.


The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Manage client relationships on an operational level and act as an escalation point where issues may occur. In addition, the manager has team management and development responsibility.

Principal client relationship contact and responsible for delivering positive relationships with all key stakeholders.

Responsibility for day-to-day delivery of services within the parameters of a detailed service level agreement on each client within their portfolio.

Responsible for the resolution of client service issues.

Responsible for the financial performance of their client portfolio against KPI`s

Responsible for the development of each engagement within their portfolio through proactive advice on enhancements to improve service levels and profitability.

Active participation in the overall management of the outsourcing service.

Participation in new business pursuits and centre visit demonstrations


The Person:

The successful candidate will have previous experience of: international assignments, expatriate management or global mobility issues. Applicants will have an excellent understanding of assignment life cycle and the associated issues from start to finish. Applicants with any additional knowledge of expatriate compensation, payroll or taxation methodologies would be desirable.
