Description
Our client a leading Global Mobility specialist company is seeking a Consultant to join their busy operations in their Peterborough office. You will be providing day to day support to a portfolio of clients and assignees ensuring continuous high levels of customer service in line with contractual agreements.
You will provide day to day support to clients and assignees to ensure high touch, value added services. You will be responsible for managing third party service suppliers to ensure cost effective seamless delivery to the client / assignee; including identifying alternative more appropriate suppliers also preparing and delivering briefings to ensure the assignee has a full understanding of the activities and timings of the assignment. You will also have to respond to client / assignee queries, ensuring a full understanding of the issues and needs to ensure effective resolution. Support the development of Associate Consultant / other Consultants to ensure a full understanding of clients and services, enabling flexibility of service delivery. You will have to Identify and manage opportunities to provide added value to the client relationship and service provision also prepare and process documentation and calculations for the client / assignee in line with agreed policies and contractual agreements.
Further requirement for this vacancy include; Interaction and ongoing relationship with client / assignee, Resolution of queries, Identification of added value services for the client. Have a timely and accurate production of documentation and satisfaction of client and assignee in terms of delivering of assignments.
You will need previous experience delivering expatriate administration, working in a client facing environment and dealing with problem resolution.
You must also have strong knowledge of; Rules governing residency and liability to tax in a broad range of home and host countries, Social security contributions for expatriates where reciprocal arrangements apply e.g. EEA member states, USA and Canada, Application and implementation of double taxation, Strong skills in use of spreadsheets (analysis, audit, solve / goal seeking tools).
