Northern Home Counties base – International remit
£45,000 - £50,000 + car + benefits
Due to continued overseas expansion of this brand our client is seeking an ambitious HR professional who will embrace this International role and who will enjoy the travel opportunities.
Reporting into the International HR Director the post is generalist in nature and will provide a full HR service to Asia but it will also have a keen focus on talent identification and development and will lead on projects that support the development of international organisational capability.
Talent & Resourcing Strategy, talent planning, from graduate programmes to building pipeline
Learning & Development, from management development programmes to highlighting possible international opportunities to the wider audience.
HR Policy Development, development of suitable international policies
Resourcing, managing the end to end process for your geographical area
HR Support, advising on benchmarking and job descriptions, talent planning, resourcing and UK/International Employment Policy
Inductions, liaising with the Talent Coordinator to ensure that international inductions are organised and represents international HR on induction days
Deliver ad hoc projects that support the development of international capability
This role would suit an experienced HR manager who has an understanding of the challenges within in a multi-site, low cost, high value environment. You must have strong commercial awareness and cultural awareness/sensitivity gained from working for an international client group. You must be able to deliver across a generalist HR remit and will have a high level of academic achievement to back up your experience. MBA level education would be preferred.
