Are you an immediately available HR Manager with solid experience of with a senior and professional client group? Do you have experience of looking after an international client group with specialist knowledge of expat best practice? Are you looking to expand your knowledge in an internationally revered publishing house on an interim basis? Our client is a leading name in the media industry who have an outstanding reputation for delivering a first class HR service to a broad and high profile client group. They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of a senior management population and to provide day-to-day line management of two HR Advisors. The HR Manager presides over and executes the HR initiatives in line with the wider organisational strategy and ensures a value-adding service is delivered across the client group. This person will take ownership of complex employee relations cases and provide commercially sound advice and guidance to senior level managers and the wider HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the international expats process from start to finish and will demonstrate exceptional knowledge of all related legislation and practice. Candidates will be CIPD qualified, should have solid experience of managing HR for a high performing managerial population and will have superb communication skills. Previous experience dealing with expats on an international platform is essential as is an understanding and working knowledge of owning complex ER casework. All candidates must have UK experience working in a diverse and professional environment and a strong understanding of the challenges an HR person will face in a creative organisation.
