The Background:
Due to growth, this leading organisation is actively recruiting for a Global Mobility Manager to effectively manage the daily operations of the existing team. Reporting into the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full range of services ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Maintain and enhance client relationships through on-going communication to assess client needs. Provide feedback on product/service and operational processes and issues that affect the achievement of client and company goals
Develop and implement specific strategies in conjunction with Director to achieve service excellence
Create an environment that fosters team effectiveness and cooperation
Evaluate client policy and recommend revisions and customization as appropriate
Provide consultative expertise regarding industry best practices and program administration
Compile, analyze and interpret data to monitor performance against standards in respect to services, revenues, fees, billing, create internal client reporting as necessary
Negotiate and monitor compliance with contractual agreements
Participate in and/or conduct client meetings to foster teamwork and enhancement of client relationships
Research information to assist clients in the development of new and existing international policies and compensation programs
Act as client advocate with suppliers by effectively communicating the client's philosophy and needs with regard to client relocation policies
Assist Director with budget planning, cost estimating, accruals and expense projection
Maintain and foster relationships with internal departments and external suppliers/partners in regards to meeting and exceeding client needs
Ensure global consistency and application of client policy and process
Develop and maintain all pertinent records and ad hoc reports for management review and decision-making
Manage special projects including client training, supplier training and client presentations
Drive productivity and increase margins through process improvement, project leadership, etc.
Work with Director/VP to continuously develop overall team performance, effectively utilizing team resources and implementing improvements
Assess strengths and developmental needs of employees and provide timely, clear and objective training and coaching
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: international assignments, global mobility and corporate relocation issues. Applicants must have proven people management experience with the ability to manage performance, coach & mentor others. Finally, the ability to build relationships with and communicate in a clear and confident manner with overseas HR departments and International Assignees is essential.
