One of our clients, a prestigious multinational internet and software organisation, is recruiting a team of IT Resourcers to join their head office function to assist in a new project. The role will support the on site IT recruiters and proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies for IT Engineering. You will act as a search expert for Engineering by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements and proactively investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies. You will be responsible for the screening of candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, technical knowledge and basic qualifications. You will ideally hold an IT qualification with 2- 3 years experience in a busy environment or 1 to 3 years IT recruitment experience. You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of IT terminology and of company products. Full training will be provided for this role.
