My well known Professional Services client, based in Liverpool City Centre is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join their team.

Working closely with the IT Training Manager, you role will involve:

Assessing the IT training needs of staff and agreeing training delivery mechanisms and course outcomes.
Producing plans to meet IT training and development needs.
Market and advertise training sessions, promoting the benefits whilst ensuring the relevance of the courses to attendees.
Design and deliver internal IT training courses, programmes and workshops as necessary to meet training needs.
Deliver structured and unstructured training, targeting selected areas of IT education combined with one to one sessions at the user's desk.
Use a combination of formal and informal user training sessions to highlight IT best practice and promote consistency of use.
Assess and report on the effectiveness of IT training.
Provide IT induction and refresher training and regularly review training documentation on IT systems as needed.

The successful candidate will be an experienced IT Trainer and must have experience of designing and delivering training modules and course materials. You will have in depth knowledge of Microsoft packages (especially MS Office 2007) with expert knowledge of Excel and experience of CRM systems in particular MS Dynamics is desirable.

You will be able to build quick and strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business and have experience of working in a professional services firm or have experience of working for an IT training company.

Please note that the base for this role is Liverpool but you will be expected to travel to offices throughout the UK on a regular basis.
