My client, a leading international business is looking to recruit a Junior HR BP to work alongside a Divisional HRBP and support the delivery of the HR strategy for the division in line with the overall group HR strategy, adding value and supporting the delivery of the business agenda.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Work with individual members of the divisional management team and their line managers to effectively implement HR/business strategies and evaluate progress.
- Provide broad HR support to line managers to build people management capability through proactive identification and application of HR solutions that support business objectives. Coach managers and teams in the use of the relevant HR tools for ensuring high performance and encourage the development of a culture of continuous process improvement.
- Support the delivery of HR elements of business changes in line with best practice, ensuring effective organisational and cultural change.
- Utilise appropriate HR and business orientated metrics to identify emerging issues for the business as well as demonstrate value and track progress of the HR strategies/solutions.
- Working in conjunction with the Sector Leads for Reward, Policy and Talent Management contribute to the formulation of future policy and ensure the consistent implementation of these HR policies and procedures across the Division.
- Support the implementation of fair and ethical work practices to optimise employee engagement and well being and ensure full compliance with all internal and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will be tenacious, able to quickly build professional credibility and capable of developing and fostering a HR policy and process compliance culture. Ideally, you will have made your first move into a similar role and are keen to develop your skills further.
