Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a leading International Law Firm during a time of significant growth.My client are looking for an L&D Advisor to provide a full L&D service to business services and Legal PAs. The role will also involve servicing other populations, most notably trainee solicitors, as required. Approximately 60% of the role will focus on administration and co-ordination of core programmes plus some project work. The remaining 40% of the role will comprise delivering core training courses to business services, Legal PAs and trainee solicitors.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience gained within Learning and Development and have had some exposure to design and delivery. You will be an upbeat, team player with an interest in progressing your career within Learning and Development.
