A leading insurance firm is offering a new exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Consultant to join their team and develop a wide range of skills in this broad role. The organisation is looking for someone who has worked in financial/professional services to take on this broad and exciting role
The successful candidate must be able to design, deliver and evaluate effective L&D solutions to support the talent management framework, including management development, talent pipeline creation (graduates, apprenticeships, fast track programmes. The role is a client facing role and so the candidate must be credible in this area.
The ideal candidate will have good Insurance knowledge and be an ambitious professional with a broad range of skills within the learning/talent framework.Essential skills include Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook capability.
