L&D Content Designer - Bracknell - Permanent - 35k+ (Depending on experience)

My Global Client are looking for a L&D Content Designer to drive the creation of practical learning and development by developing and providing the right training options to ensure the best delivery whilst taking into account the complexity of global needs and cultural differences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design learning interventions that support the objectives of the business
- Work well within a team to ensure learning solutions are designed to fit the customer and learner need
- Support the use of strategic and detailed training needs analysis for all L&D requests to determine 'right fit' solutions, against identified performance gaps, taking into account, technology, budget and timescales
- Project manage the design of solutions from the interpretation of learning needs through to the delivery and evaluation of the solution
- Undertake thorough Train the Trainer (TTT) activities as appropriate to facilitate handover of learning materials to the delivery resources whilst providing confidence and support ongoing
- Continually explore innovative, creative and leading edge approaches to developing and supporting consistent global learning
- Evaluate L&D MI (trainer & programme) in order to drive continual improvement and best practice across the group
- Ensuring compliance at all aspect to eliminate employee's exposure to risks by reviewing, regularly, the health and safety risk register, applying appropriate controls, communicating results of risk assessment and ensuring health and safety is considered in the planning and execution of all LR activities.

The ideal candidate will be:
- CIPD Qualified
- Be able to provide evidence of successful L&D designs that demonstrate tangible business benefit
- Experience of strong instructional design methodologies, working across all training mediums (e.g. classroom, online, social & informal)
- Ability to adapt to constant changing demands positively and effectively communicate and influence at all levels
- Experience of project management, able to take design project from concept to implementation
