My client is a leading magic circle law firm who is looking to recruit a Learning and Development Administrator for their busy London office. The Learning and Development Administrator will sit within the International Capital Markets (ICM) department and will take responsibility for coordinating all internal and external training programmes. The key duties will include: Assisting with a training needs assessment for all ICM globallyCoordinating the development of a structured training programmeUpdating training modules for the London department to ensure they are technically up-to-dateCollating and analysing feedback and reporting findings to the head of the departmentHelping to track the training budgetOrganising seminar programmes and relevant 'away days'Keeping in regular contact with other departments globally to coordinate training The Learning and Development Administrator will be a confident and capable graduate with excellent academics. Previous training or events experience gained within a legal or professional services environment would be highly sought after. The candidate must display strong communication skills, be comfortable presenting to senior employees and be able to manage multiple priorities.
