Job Title: Learning and Development Advisor Location: Milton Keynes / Lutterworth Reporting to: Learning and Development Manager Culina Group has strategic plans for further expansion and we are committed to developing and nurturing talent and the future workforce. Culina Group a well-established leader in the logistics market is recruiting for a Learning and Development Advisor on a permanent basis at our Milton Keynes or Lutterworth depot. This is a key role with prime responsibility to facilitate, deliver and adapt training initiatives that support business objectives whilst supporting and encouraging all employees in becoming the best that they can be. What the role involves: * Identify any skills gaps within both the organisation and individuals, offering guidance and support to develop capabilities* Manage Induction Training for New Culina Employee's, including delivery and a continuous review and update to align with changeable business initiatives* Design, deliver & maintain training course content, materials and lesson plans in core, personal & management skills training courses, providing support for other Culina colleagues in the business* Support employee's and managers with Career Development Plans and Personal Development Plans* Assist in the review and development of training policies and initiatives to ensure all learning is aligned to company objectives* Maintain Continuous Professional Development and actively seek improvement opportunities for L&D, utilising E-Learning, Virtual Learning and blended learning* Offer short term coaching contracts and establish mentoring relationships* Maintain efficient L&D Administration and Planning practices About You * Minimum of 2 years in a Training Delivery role or an Operational Environment at the front line * Experience of devising and delivering training to both formal groups and the coaching of individuals * Full UK Driving License Role Competencies: Interacting & Presenting* Makes presentations and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence.* Responds quickly to the needs of an audience and to their reactions and feedback.* Projects credibility.* Makes a strong personal impression on others.* Establishes good relationships with customers and staff.* Relates well to people at all levels.
