Learning and Development Advisor - £37,000 - 42,000

An exciting and career changing opportunity has arisen for a professional, experienced and highly driven Learning and Development Advisor, for a leading insurance organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination of training across the group, working alongside the head of human resources. You will work with her/his team to identify the training needs of departments, through the evaluation of performance appraisals.

As you will be organising the training needs of the group, you must network with external suppliers to deliver a customised training and development agenda as well as delivering the training to the group.

The Learning and Development Advisor will also compile a programme of e-learning courses for staff, to assist with the improvement of technical and soft skills as well as keeping everyone up to speed with regulation.

Other key tasks you will undertake include, maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers, placing evaluation and continuous improvement processes and the undertaking of projects.

The ideal candidate:

  • CIPD qualified

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • Knowledge and experience of insurance and compliance legislation

  • Excellent written and communications skills

  • Impressive learning and development background
