What will the role involve?
Working closely with the Learning and Development Manager you will provide an effective administrative and operational support. You will be the go to contact for all of learndirect's employees on Learning and Development matters including, e-learning, mandatory training, induction, and professional development.

Some key skills that we are looking for?
I.T. competent, specifically in Microsoft, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Experience of working within a fast place environment
Knowledge and experience of working in a L&D or HR environment
Knowledge of Learning and Development/Human Resources database
Experience of working with stakeholders at all levels in an organisation
Excellent communication skills
Experience of producing training workshops and associated materials is desired
