An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join a public sector organisation based in East London.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working within a Learning and Development role and experience managing training programmes within an education setting.

The main purpose of the role will be:

- Provide a lead role in the operational management of CPD programmes which are traded across service departments/team, including systematic monitoring and reporting of quality of delivery using available data to ensure that they are contract compliant
- Play a lead role in the quality assurance and monitoring of content, ensuring consistency and standardisation in the design, creation and presentation of course content across teams
- Play a key role in the scoping of learning and development needs and brokerage/commissioning of courses and events
- Quality assure and manage contracts with external trainers and training providers
- Analyse and interpret data to produce management reports and statistics to support evidence based delivery and improvements including reporting on activities, costs and performance with the aim of further development of CPD programmes
