My client, based in central Liverpool, are a services organisation experiencing strong growth and with particular expansion within the HR function. As a result of this, they currently require a commercially focused Learning and Development Consultant to join the organisation on a 3 month fixed term contract basis, to deliver a specific project. The key elements of this role will be;

- Develop a comprehensive programme of workshop based learning activities
- Mapping workshop content to the organisations competency framework
- Liaise with appropriate external suppliers, ensuring value for money at all times from the approved framework
- Work with suppliers to develop content and agree workshop time tables

There may also be some work on implementing and developing an LMS. You will also be expected to support a small team on site at Liverpool.

You must have previous, proven experience in Learning and Development, and be able to fully commit to a 3 month contract, there is potential for this role to be extended.
