Our client is an international brand management group in the fashion, outdoor and sportswear sectors.
At their Head Office in North London their Human Resources team supports the group worldwide across all brands and central support services.
They are seeking a Learning and Development Partner to join this team and take responsibility for the design and management of all Learning and Development initiatives with some responsibility for delivery. The successful candidate will take ownership for the end-to-end project management of a range of learning solutions, creating bespoke workshops and learning curriculum for the group as a whole and individual brands. The role will also hold responsibility for the groups graduate development programme.
The following are required for success in this role:
A solid background in learning and development
The ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders in the group
A true team player with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and diverse workload
A creative approach to projects and the ability to suggest new ideas
MBTI accreditation is preferred
This role will suit a bright and creative personality with the ability to work well under pressure, identify new ideas and adapt these to create bespoke solutions for the group.
