Job Title: Learning & Development Administrator

Location: London

Position: Part Time

Part time Learning & Development Administrator role based in London for a leading accountants and business advisors

The Role

  • The putting together of feedback and evaluation
  • Manage the booking of internal meetings and training sessions
  • Ensure training documents are kept up to date and accurate on the HR database
  • Liaise with other departments in the business to assure all training is up to date
  • General Support

The role will be on a part time basis, an average of 20 hours a week, however the candidate needs to be flexible as working hours and start times may alter on occasion.

The candidate

  • Must be of an A Level Standard
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Performing a variety of jobs simultaneously, including a constant flow of queries and actioning them on a timely basis
