I have a fantastic opportunity for a Leadership Development specialist to play a key role in supporting the design and implementation of high-level global leadership development programs across the organisation. You will be involved in managing a 2- 3 million dollar annual budget.

Key responsibilities:

To support the delivery of work streams indentified as critical in the delivery annual global programmes

Manage under-pinning processes to ensure the effective deployment of Global talent programmes such as Executive Leadership Series and Senior Leadership Series Global Programmes

Manage appropriate duties in respect of the Global Leadership portals such as identifying vendors, uploading content, and the overall administration of the on-line portals

Key experience:

Experience within Leadership Development, Learning & Development and Talent

Experience working on and managing projects

Experience working with high level employees up to Director level

Hands-on experience in setting up learning and development programmes, Assessment Accreditation (Preferably - Occupational Testing level A and B, MBTI, Hogan or 360) and talent management.

Preferably experienced in working on Global or multi-national development programmes
