Description
An interim Learning Manager is required for a 7 month contract working in the heart of London. This role, working within Financial Services is to:Maintain the Training log and process ensure all changes are impact assessed and made to training material in a timely manner.
Maintain the Training Inventory for both classroom and e-learning.
Provide guidance to on the best way meet training requirements within sites.
Build a community of operational SMEs from whom to gather feedback from the Operation on additional learning requirements/changes to learning/re-train requirements.
Support the creation of the Academy liaising with colleagues across Group Learning.
Support the creation of learning packages for the Academy and broader Operation.
Champion the relevant use of e-learning across the operation and provide support and guidance on best practice before, during and after learning.
The successful candidate will have a successful track record delivering comprehensive learning solutions in large complex organisations. You will be able to demonstrate how you have previously managed the design and implementation of large scale initiatives, managing senior stakeholders. A comprehensive understanding of cutting edge e learning solutions is essential.
