Learning Partner FTC 6-12 months, Mat cover 40-50k - Annapurna HR Ltd

A leading banking organisation is looking for a Strategic Learning Partner to join one of their divisions on a 6-12 month FTC maternity cover contract.

The role will be based in either the south, south east or midlands. This senior role will offer the chance to work with senior stakeholders of the business and will need experience in facing key stakeholders and influencing within Learning and Development.

This role will involve a lot of travel and the candidate will ideally be from an FS background with strong strategic capability along with an eye for detail. CIPD qualification and project management experience is desirable. The candidate will ideally be a passionate, enthusiastic and energetic professional with strong L&D background at a senior level.
