There is a new opportunity for a Learning professional to join as an L&D Consultant covering Learning, Talent and Organisational Development.

This will provide the unique opportunity for those that are passionate about developing a wide range of skills in this broad role. The organisation is looking for someone who has worked in financial/professional services to make a real impact.

The successful candidate must be able to design, deliver and evaluate effective Learning and Development solutions to support the talent management framework, including management development, talent pipeline creation (graduates, apprenticeships, fast track programmes. The role is a client facing role and so the candidate must be credible and influential.

The ideal candidate will have good Insurance knowledge and be an ambitious professional with a broad range of skills within the learning/talent framework. Candidates must hold a high level of experience working within Learning & Development in a professional/financial sector. The candidate will also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
