Our client is currently seeking a Management Development Consultant to join their Learning and Development team based in Cardiff. The main purpose of this role is to work with managers across the group to deliver management development solutions to meet business targets. Your main responsibilities will include writing and delivering effective learning and development programmes, designing and delivering solutions to address individual needs and supporting needs with specific issues or development areas. You will also be expected to ensure that all relevant reporting and management information is kept up to date, enabling you to evaluate the impact of your solutions against business objectives.
The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously and will ideally be educated to degree level and hold a training qualification (CIPD / TAP or similar). It would also be advantageous for you to be qualified to level A and B in occupational testing. An excellent communicator, you will be able to engage with senior leaders with the correct level of interpersonal credibility and business acumen in order to inspire confidence and gain support from your audience. You will have experience of utilising psychometric testing and other diagnostic tools, coaching individual leaders and planning and prioritising your own workload.
