Job Title: Mandarin Speaking HR Executive Location: Hampton, MiddlesexJob type: permanent Salary:30k - 50k (based on the seniority) We are looking for a skilled Mandarin speaking HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes across our group of companies. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Responsibilities:. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes aligned with group business strategy. Managing employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness. Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law . Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies. Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement and training. Performance management and reward advice . Learning and development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams.. Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.. Managing work permit sponsored employees under the guidance of legal experts. . Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:. Educated to degree level or possession of an equivalent relevant HR or Business qualification. Previous experience in a HR background. Excellent active communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals. Strong understanding of UK employment law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite . An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and sensitive to Chinese culture.
