How you can expect to spend your day; Overview: The Media Executive is responsible for the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of the paid media elements of all our clients' campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Support Media Director with campaign consultancy, strategic planning & implementation for paid social, display & direct response campaignsDeliver integrated paid media campaigns with an appreciation for the other elements of the campaign (influencer outreach, community management, creative)Deliver optimisation, reporting & budget management for all media budgets within your remitWork with the Media Director to manage project timings, delivering all duties to agreed deadlinesAnalyse campaign performance against client KPIs & report on any trends & insights to key stakeholdersMonitor day to day delivery and budget against KPIsRecommend opportunities for campaign optimisation based on meeting clients KPI's & implement as requiredBuy media across biddable platforms, including Facebook (power editor), Twitter (self-serve), LinkedIn (self-serve), YouTube (self-serve) and other digital and content marketingNegotiate IO buys and manage campaigns with digital displayUnderstand and implement social/digital measurement andDeliver post-campaign analysis & PPTAssist with any ad-hoc reporting & administrativeWork with media owners to trouble-shoot any issues that mayWork closely with internal departments and external companies The ideal intern's personality and qualifications; Essential Skills: At least 6 months' experience of digital and paid social advertisingBasic understanding of media, audience profiling, targeting and trackingBasic understanding of Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication, analytical and literacy skillsEntrepreneurial - able to identify opportunities for clientsCompetent in Microsoft PowerPoint & WordAble to manage time effectively & multi-taskTeam playerSelf-motivated & willing to take on new challenges Desirable Skills: Experience with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads Platform or 3rd Party API technologyUnderstanding of Search PPC Media Buying or Display PlanningPolished presentation skills What are the perks of interning at this company?
