Reward Manager - Compensations & Benefits Not for Profit, Third Sector, Public Sector Based Central London Salary circa 50k plus benefits Our clients, a leading educational establishment in Central London, are looking to recruit a Reward Manager. This role will be based in London and reports to the Head of Function. Key responsibilities will include: Contribute to the design and implementation of a reward agendaManage the job evaluation schemeManaging reward data systemsProduce analysis of pay and reward dataStakeholder relationshipsProvide support and guidance on pay and reward matters to senior managementMonitor market changes ensuring competitive positioningLead on annual pay reviews and support on pay negotiations with trade unionsEnsure that policies and procedures are applied consistentlyPartner with HRMs on the resolution of complex equal pay / ER issues - liaising with external legal counsel as appropriate Experience & Skills: MIS/HRIS systemsDemonstrable experience of compensations and benefits managementReward Evaluation techniquesThe ideal candidate will be of degree calibre/CIPD Qualified but not essentialCollaborate team colleague Our clients are open to candidates from Third Sector, Public Sector or ideally from Education either for a College or University, however this is not essential Salary circa 50k plus benefits
