You'll be working for a market-leading retail organisation with an enviable reputation, excellent culture and people focused values. This fantastic opportunity has just become available for an experienced NVQ Assessor to manage quality standards and compliance within the organisations Apprenticeship Programme.

Ideally based in the Luton, Harlow or Reading area to cover North London, Essex, Suffolk and West London.
This position is a twelve month fixed term contract.

Duties and responsibilities:

Supporting and training in store mentors.
Ensuring all quality and performance standards exceed audit requirements
Build effective working relationships with internal and external customers
Delivering key skills support and testing for learners
Delivering technical certificate support and testing for learners

You'll be an experienced NVQ Assessor (A1 or equivalent) ideally with experience in Retail, Team Leading, Customer Service, Warehousing, Business Admin & Management Level 3
Ideally from a Retail background or with some Retail experience with an accurate and methodical approach you will thrive in a challenging and rewarding role. You'll be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a tactful and supportive outlook.
A full driving licence is essential.
