Our client, a leading global manufacturer and distributor, is looking to recruiter an On-site Recruiter to be based from their offices in Burton On Trent.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the operational resourcing service and to act as a partner to the business to advise and coach on recruitment best practice.
Responsibilities
* Ownership of the recruitment life cycle
* Advise and challenge hiring managers on recruitment strategies ans best practice
* Develop strong market knowledge and industry
* Maximise the use of sourcing techniques of to attract the best candidates
* Develop a strong network of contacts and develop a talent pool of candidates
* Continually seek strategies to improve recruitment efficiencies and reduce associated costs
It is essential that candidates have experience gained from within a similar role and ideal have a background within Manufacturing, Distribution or FMCG industries
