As a result we are now looking to recruit additional experienced recruitment consultants to join the out of hours team. Job role:To understand and match the needs of our clients and candidates.To provide quality tailored recruitment services whilst continually meeting targets.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Sales Activities*Manage booking requests*Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls*Negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy and issue Terms of BusinessClient Management*Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on the success of filling jobs*Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job description*Gather info on client (decision maker and no. of staff in department)*Network internally and externally with clientsCandidate Management*Candidate control - keep in regular contact to review progress and performance*Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews *Manage candidate availability for interviews and permanent / temporary workOther*Capture info / calls / bookings correctly on IQX database - update and maintain client and candidate information database*Where required enter bookings into online portals*Manage own personal development planning*Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements*Carry out work instructions in line with Key Processes*Any other duties as requiredExperience required:Healthcare/Medical Recruitment Consultancy experience a distinct advantage.orDirect sales &/or call centre experience in a target driven environment where you have had to identify new clients and maintain existing clientsAdministrative functionsExperience of using MS Office to include Microsoft Word, email & database systemsCompetenciesBusiness decision making and knowledge - Ability to make effective judgements on available data / knowledgeInfluencing - Ability to influence othersBuilding relationships - Ability to build relationships, interact sensitively, use effective networksPlanning and organising - Ability to identify the steps to be taken to achieve objectivesCommunication skillsResilienceAccountabilityProblem SolvingThe hours for this position are weekdays Monday to Friday 5.30pm to 12.00pm and Saturday and Sunday 08.00am to 12.00pm including bank holidays. The role will be on a rota shift basis working 5 days over 7.
