Our client is a family run textile manufacturing company. Their company produces a diverse range of products in Interiors, Apparel, Technical and Industrial and through their textile innovation centre.

Our client is currently seeking a Company PA / HR Coordinator to join their head office in Pudsey, West Yorkshire. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the administration of the operations within the HR functions and that of the Managing Director are met. Within this role your main responsibilities will include providing support in the recruitment and induction of all staff, supporting the full range of HR activities and managing investigations, disciplinaries and grievance matters. You will also be expected to provide support to staff on HR issues, maintain HR policies and procedures and follow up on individual needs and source external training.

The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously and will possess a good understanding of all aspects of employment law and best HR practice. You will have proven generalist experience along with a desire to continue a personal professional development plan. You should have a keen interest in career development and training within the workplace and you will have strong influencing, diplomatic, persuasion and negotiation skills. It would be advantageous for you to be CIPD qualified and you must be a strong team player.
