The successful candidate will support the HR department and they will provide leadership to the UK HR team, and to ensure that a first class HR service is provided, reporting into the EMEA HR Director. Key Responsibilities of the Part Time HR Advisor / HR Manager:The Part Time HR Advisor / HR Manager will provide operational HR support and guidance to the business reporting to the HR Business Partner for UK & Ireland. The post holder will lead the development and implementation of all HR policies whilst also managing the day-to-day operations. . To manage the HR operations of the Birmingham site to ensure that a high quality service is provided at all times . Develop and maintain strong working relationships across multiple business functions, with business leaders that may be widespread across a geographical region. ER cases. Lead the full recruitment process. Ensure staff / managers have current development plans in place. Manage organisation change programmes, terms and condition changes and restructures, as requiredKey Requirements of the Part Time HR Advisor / HR Manager:. CIPD qualified or part qualified . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience leading recruitment campaigns. Good working knowledge of employment law and generalist HR is crucial as well as being able to demonstrate a strong understanding of current HR & recruitment issues..
