Description

Our client is a leading company in its field, based in great offices in Central/North London. They are looking for a part time HR Generalist to join their lovely agency.

This role is due to organic growth; the company is now at a size where a dedicated HR professional is needed. The company is very much open-door and open-plan, and is all about teamwork and mucking in. A sociable, friendly and positive environment, this really is a great place to work.

The role is standalone, managing the whole HR function with complete autonomy. This is a full spectrum generalist role, delivering best practice and covering everything from recruitment and ER to L&D to day to day admin. Key projects include formalising the L&D function, from undertaking a complete training needs analysis to reviewing the appraisal process and sourcing providers to creating a system to log and track progression.  Other key focusses include migrating all HR data onto a new HR & payroll system, as well as reviewing all HR policies & processes. There is also an aspect of liaison with the international offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity to put your stamp on the business and really take responsibility for the HR function. We are looking for candidates with solid HR generalist experience, perhaps in a standalone role at the moment, or someone who is ready to take that step. Candidates should be comfortable and experienced across the full HR spectrum and be able to handle any issue that may arise. We are looking for self-starters who will always be looking for ways to deliver a better HR service. The successful candidate will really engage with the business, demonstrating how the various aspect s of HR can really benefit individuals, and promote professional development.

This role is 3 days per week, and the specific days are up to the individual. This really is a fantastic role - please do get in touch!
