Description
Our client is looking for a Part time HR Manager to support a team of HR Officers. The position is working within a professional services organisation and our client is looking for a credible HR professional to operate at all levels.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the HR team whilst reporting to your line manager ensuring a quality of service and high levels of service are achieved
- Attend regular team meetings, developing reviews and assessing training needs
- Oversee the recruitment process
- Develop a training plan for the business
- Develop an induction plan for the business
Experience:
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Ideally a professional services background
- Proven experience in a similar level, generalist HR role
- Demonstrable up to date knowledge of employment legislation
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to adopt a range of influencing styles and confident in dealing with people at all levels
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team with flexible and proactive manner
