If you have an appetite for more, this could be the role for you. We are currently recruiting for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our HR team at our site in Redruth, Cornwall. Scope and Purpose of the Role To administer the weekly payroll and associated records for the site in accordance with the group policies and statutory requirements. To undertake general HR administration duties as assigned by the HR Manager / HR Advisor / HR Assistant Key Accountability - Main tasks To produce the weekly payroll and associated information in accordance with the agreed timescales.Ensuring that all payments made are authorised in line with company policy.Processing employee holidaysEnsure that all statutory reporting requirements are met.Promote and support improvement projects/opportunitiesClearing all admin for site, via My Options and Open Options on a daily basis.Completing departmental change forms and actioning as requiredDealing with staff of all levels on a daily basisUpdating sickness and long term sickness paperwork for site and head officeCompleting payroll reports in a timely mannerCover reception on a rota basis as neededIdentifying trends with sickness, overtime and other KPIsProduce accurate written and numerical information in the relevant formats (Excel, Power point, etc.) As an international organisation, we pride ourselves on creating high quality food and exceed many recognized industry standards.
