Payroll & Benefits Administrator35,000 - 42,000CityTHE COMPANY: Our client: A world leading Investment Firm based in the heart of the City is looking for an experienced Payroll and Benefit Administrator to join their close-knit team and provide an exceptional service to their international business.THE ROLE: - To be part of a team responsible for all aspects of the Payroll & Benefits administration processes. Total number of employees currently consists of 3,100- Specifically working in a team of 3 with responsibility of paying 1,900 employees.- Making and assisting with manual payments.- Dealing with internal and external queries / customers- Production of standard letters- Liaison with HR Consultants- Production of reports for departments / internal users- Assist with various reconciliations- Cover for work in the team as required- Assist HR team on projects as requiredTHE PERSON:Skills and Experience:- Proven experience working in an Payroll & Benefits role for a minimum of 3 years- Part Qualified / Qualified CIP/CIPD- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role- Experience gained within professional or financial services in a corporate setting- High level of numeracy- Intermediate Excel, Word, Outlook- Knowledge of Oracle (preferable but not essential) but good systems exposure- Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (Grade C or above) to include English and MathsAttributes:- An organised and methodical approach- Articulate in both written and oral communication- Be proactive and have ability to work without close supervision- Attention to detail is essential- Able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines- Well-presented and professional in approach- A flexible approach and able to multi-task with a "can do" attitude is essential- A practical problem solverOur mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
