Payroll & Benefits Manager, Hertfordshire, £45K-£55K

An excellent opportunity has come up for a payroll & benefits manager to work within a Global Banking organisation. You will ensure the smooth running of the monthly payroll although there will be a payroll specialist processing the payroll.You will also be leading on reward services negotiating with 3rd Party suppliers and working with and advising business partners and line managers on best practice.

As the new Payroll & Benefits Manager you should have previous experience within a Financial Services organisation or corporate organisation. You will have experience with pensions, share schemes, TUPE Transfers and you should have knowledge of salary benchmarking and leading on comp reviews. As the Payroll & Benefits Manager you must be an excellent communicator at all levels from administrators to directors.
