Payroll Manager, £200-£300p/d, Financial Services, Docklands.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll manager contracter, this is an urgent role and the client needs an immediate start. This is a 3 month contract within a very reputable global financial services company.

The overall purpose of the role is to manage the CLS global payroll for 4 countries including US payroll, so experience dealing with US payroll is essential. This will be achieved through the coordination of international payroll bureaus and tax advisors, working with them to ensure that all statutory payroll compliance is adhered to.This role will also work closely with Compensation & Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities/Skills

Coordinate the annual US Workers Comp audit

Provide payroll tax/social security advice as required

Management of the annual P11D program (and equivalent for other locations)

End-of-Year P35 and P60 coordination (and equivalent for other locations.

Keep up to date with statutory legislation and governance for the relevant payrolls and manage implementation of any required changes in a timely and accurate manner.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) monthly management and annual renewals US annual Car Park reconciliation
