Description

My client a financial services organisation currently seeks Payroll Administrator to join them on a fixed term contract. The main purpose of the role will be to manage the payroll process and administrate the company benefits.

Main duties include:
· Input all employee data on the payroll system (Ceridian)
· To process all staff changes that affects payroll.
· To input, calculate and record; benefit payments, expenses, bonus payments and final salary payments.
· To process monthly and annual documents such as P45, P46 and P35. (Including tax changes)
· Generate monthly reports on payroll.
· Liaise with the International payroll team.

The position requires:
· Good understanding of payroll practices.
· Is aware of Inland Revenue legislation in relation to income tax, N.I, sick pay, maternity pay etc.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Well organised.
· Able to work to tight deadlines.
