Our client an internationally respected player in television programming is looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join their HR team. A cornerstone of the broadcasting industry, our client is a truly aspirational brand with an excellent HR reputation.
Working as a key part of the HR department, the Payroll Supervisor manages all payroll related administration and processing as well as acting as the first point of contact for payroll queries. The Payroll Coordinator works closely with both the HR team and the Reward manager, and will be responsible for processing payroll for around 1500 internal customers. This person will ensure the accurate and successful running of monthly, fortnightly and freelance payroll as well as providing ad hoc reporting on payroll statistics and trends.
Previous UK based payroll administration or coordination experience is essential. Candidates should have solid experience of processing deductions and adjustments, and should be highly competent at using the Empower (Northgate Arinso) system.
Coming from a large organisation background, the ideal candidate will be confident, organised and experienced with the ability to prioritise tasks, and have a genuine interest in payroll process. Since this role has a significant client facing element, candidates should be excellent communicators with natural customer service skills.
