People Business Partner UK
Location: London
Salary Package 45,000 - 50,000
The HR Business Partner role:
Highly visible 'face of the business' role
Responsible for all the HR related issues within the region
Working with a team reporting into the HR director
Working with different key areas of the business
Assisting the senior management in developing HR policy
Dealing with stakeholders
MUST be commercially aware
Must have generalist hr experience including ER, Talent and Recruitment
The right HR Business Partner:
Fun, friendly and outgoing!
Experience of recruiting and developing managers and staff
Strong experience in employee relations
Passionate about service - both internal and external
Experience of working in a diverse team of characters!
