Engages with the Centre of Expertise for guidance and escalation of issues where necessaryDrives the local talent and succession planning strategy to ensure that talent and succession plans for key roles are in place and that action is taken to mitigate any identified succession planning riskCoaches and enables people managers to deliver a consistently great people experience across the employee lifecycle aligned to shared enterprise, actively supports the firm's people experience strategy and engages nationally to enable the development of a consistent and valued experience for our peopleProvides support and facilitation to develop effective leadership across all levels through coaching and challenging leaders Operations Engages leaders to improve organisation performance through optimising organisation structure.
