Job Title: People Manager

Location: London

Position: 9 to 12 month Contract

Salary: Up to £50k

Our client, is recruiting a People Manager on a contract basis:

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Maximise the effectiveness of the people resources available
  • Reduce costs, improving efficiencies and increasing productivity
  • Coordinate the talent management and succession planning processes
  • Manage the international assignment process from start to end
  • Support the creation and development of a high performance culture
  • Responsible for recruitment for Senior Management
  • Oversee employment relations advisory service
  • Overseeing the regular testing process and liaising with the auditors

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience as a generalist HR Manager preferably with a global company
  • Compensation and Benefits experience
  • Experience managing complex ER issues
  • CIPD Qualified would be an advantage
  • Act as core source of HR knowledge for the business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Sound IT skills
