Project and Programme Management specialists (financial services and insurance background)- Leading consultancy- £45-80k (dependant on experience) My client is currently recruiting for a number of roles at different levels. My client, a leading consultancy, is looking to hire HR Transformation professionals with a background in the financial services or insurance sector, to join their team as external consultants. This opportunity allows the role holder fantastic professional development and exposure to a variety of projects. Responsibilities include: Help design and implement major change programmes Manage multiple workstreams and projects Manage relationships with external clients Actively contribute to the development of the business by pitching on sales opportunities Skills required: A proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects, including design and implementation of Human Resources Transformations Experience and knowledge of working in the financial services or insurance sector Demonstrable HR Process deisgn and implementation, Knowledge of HR regulation, employment law and best practice, The proven ability to generate sales and develop business through leading bids, proposals and negotiations, Exposure to some HR Technologies including Payroll, E-Learning, CRM, PeopleSoft, SAP HR, E-Recruitment Systems, and/or Workforce Planning Systems.
