Single Resource are recruiting a Project Support Manager to be part of our National Implementation team, reporting directly to the Head of Implementations on an interim 3-6 month rolling contract.

As a Project Support mangager your main responsibilities will be to lead implementation projects, to coordinate worker transfers and to provide system support / SOP training across existing onsite teams. You will be required to maintain project documentation, following PRINCE2 methodology, to provide frequent updates to all key stakeholders and to escalate any issues as they occur.

You will also be required to provide recruitment support during peak trading periods


* Ability to prioritise workload
* Excellent attention to detail
* Can do attitude with an outgoing approach
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Computer literate and competent with standard Microsoft packages
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Ability to deal calmly and professionally with all situations
* Comfortable working to tight timescales and deadlines


* Previous experience working in projects
* Knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology
* Previous experience within an onsite recruitment environment
* Experience of TUPE and worker transfers
* Experienced at high volume candidate attraction

Flexibility is crucial in this role as the successful candidate will need to spend time away from home and react to short notice periods and travel the UK as the business demands.

Full Driving Licence Required.

* Able to deal calmly with confrontational situations
* Confident to speak independently to a large number of workers
* Escalates issues to management as they occur
* Tracks all work and progress
* Provide frequent feedback on progress
* Must keep all trackers and project documentation up to date daily
* Comfortable working to targets/deadlines
* Can identify and anticipate risks before they happen
